基于2007-2021 年沪深A股上市文化企业数据,实证检验了数字化转型对文化企业市场绩效的作用及传导机制.研究结果显示:文化企业数字化转型显著促进了其市场绩效的提升,且数字化转型能够通过调整文化企业人力资本结构、降低融资成本、提高经营效率3 条渠道,对文化企业市场绩效产生显著的正向影响.研究探讨了文化企业数字化转型的市场绩效,从微观角度为理解数字化技术与文化企业深度融合提供了经验证据,对推进文化企业数字化转型、实现良好的绩效和驱动文化产业高质量发展提供理论参考和政策启示.
Research on the Influence of Digital Transformation on the Market Performance of Cultural Enterprises——Empirical Evidence from A-share Listed Cultural Enterprises
Based on the data of A-share listed cultural enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2007 to 2021,the role and transmission mechanism of digital transformation on the market performance of cultural enterprises are empirically examined.The results of the study show that digital transformation of cultural enterprises significantly promotes their market performance,and can have a significant positive impact on the market performance of cultural enterprises through three channels:adjusting the human capital structure of cultural enterprises,reducing the cost of financing,and improving operational efficiency.The article discusses the market performance of cultural enterprises'digital transformation,provides empirical evidence for understanding the deep integration of digital technology and cultural enterprises from a micro perspective,and provides theoretical references and policy insights for promoting the dig-ital transformation of cultural enterprises,achieving good performance and driving the high-quality development of the cultural industry.
