摘要
集成电路产业是信息产业的核心,是引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革的关键力量,新时期中国集成电路产业发展面临新的挑战和机遇.运用CiteSpace文献计量和可视化软件,对2000-2023 年间我国集成电路产业研究的文献特征、研究热点和研究演进路径等进行计量分析,试图通过已有文献探索集成电路产业的研究趋势,以期为产业未来的研究提供一定参考.
Abstract
The integrated circuit industry is the core of the information industry and a key force in leading a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.In the new era,the development of China's integrated circuit industry is facing new challenges and opportunities.By using CiteSpace,a bibliometric and visualization software,this study conducts a quantitative analysis on the characteristics of literature,research hotspots,and the evolution of research paths in China's integrated circuit industry from 2000 to 2023.It attempts to explore the future research trends of the integrated circuit industry through existing literature,and provide a certain reference for future research in the industry.
