Using CiteSpace software,a visual analysis was conducted on 539 research papers on the science and technology commis-sioner system from 1999 to 2024,and a knowledge graph was drawn,including the temporal distribution of literature,authors,institu-tions,keywords,etc.The results show that the research and development of science and technology commissioner system can be divid-ed into three stages:initiation,steady progress,and innovative deepening;however,many authors and teams have not yet established close cooperation relationships;the core group of publishing institutions has not yet formed;the research hotspots focus on six themes:value implications,operational mechanisms,promotion models,policy analysis,performance evaluation,and development strategy;the research on the cutting-edge dynamics is closely related to the development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers in China.Fu-ture research will enrich the theoretical perspective,and build a discourse system for the research of the science and technology com-missioner system;further deepen and expand the experience and inspiration of the science and technology commissioner system,and supplement regional applicability research;keep up with the pace of agricultural and rural development in the new era,and take meet-ing the actual needs of farmers as the starting point and foothold.
