风险投资对高新技术企业创新绩效的影响机制研究

摘要
利用系统动力学方法,从资本增值、监督治理、社会资源3 个方面,系统分析风险投资对高新技术企业创新绩效的影响机制,构建风险投资影响高新技术企业创新绩效的系统动力学模型,利用Vensim PLE软件对模型进行仿真和灵敏度分析,量化研究风险投资影响高新技术企业创新绩效的传导路径及作用机理.研究结果表明:资本增值中的资金提供特别是研发经费的投入,与高新技术企业创新绩效呈显著正相关关系;社会资源与高新技术企业创新绩效呈正相关关系;监督治理中的人才引进与高新技术企业创新绩效呈负相关关系.
Abstract
By using system dynamics method,this paper systematically analyzes the influence mechanism of venture capital on innova-tion performance of high-tech enterprises from the three aspects of capital appreciation,supervision and governance,and social re-sources,and constructs a system dynamics model of venture capital's influence on innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.This paper also conducts simulation and sensitivity analysis of the model using Vensim PLE software to quantitatively study the transmission path and mechanism of venture capital's influence on innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between capital provision,especially R&D investment,and innovation performance of high-tech enterpri-ses.There is a positive correlation between social resources and innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.There is a negative correlation between talent introduction in supervision and management and innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.
