摘要

构建评价创新生态系统发展水平的VORC模型,对中国省级地区创新生态系统展开综合测评、时空演进和空间关联分析.结果表明,考察期内我国创新生态系统发展水平逐年提升,但整体水平较低,呈东高西低的分布格局.地区间创新生态系统发展水平差异显著,且有扩大趋势.省际创新生态系统发展具有显著的空间关联性,并且经济基础、人口密度、产业结构、工资水平等因素对创新生态系统发展产生了不同的本地效应和邻近效应.因此,从整体协同和地区差异、空间关联等方面提出促进创新生态系统发展水平提升的可行路径.

Abstract

This article constructed a VORC model to evaluate the development level of innovation ecosystems,and conducts compre-hensive evaluation,spatiotemporal evolution,and spatial correlation analysis for innovation ecosystems in provincial-level regions of China.The results show that during the inspection period,the development level of China's innovation ecosystem has been improving year by year,but the overall level is relatively low,showing a distribution pattern of high in the east and low in the west.There is a significant difference in the development level of innovation ecosystems between regions,and there is a trend of expansion.The devel-opment of inter provincial innovation ecosystems has significant spatial correlation,and factors such as economic foundation,population density,industrial structure,and wage level have different local and neighboring effects on the development of innovation ecosystems.Therefore,feasible paths are proposed to promote the improvement of the development level of innovation ecosystems from multiple di-mensions such as overall coordination,regional differences,and spatial correlations.
