摘要
农业生产托管能促进小农户和农业现代化有效衔接,是提高我国农业社会化服务水平、建设农业现代化强国的重要手段.甘肃河西走廊地区积极调动供销社、合作社、村集体、农户、农业服务组织和村两委等各方面的力量,实现了农业生产托管的蓬勃发展并取得了显著成效.研究从不同托管主体服务模式差异的角度出发,深入分析了河西走廊地区四种主要的典型托管模式,归纳总结了其不同模式的基本特点、运行成效和存在问题等,并提出了规范化健康发展的对策建议.
Abstract
Agricultural production managed can effectively promote the connection between small farmers and agricultural moderniza-tion,and is an important means to improve the level of socialized agricultural services in China and build a modern agricultural power.The Hexi Corridor region of Gansu Province actively mobilized the forces of supply and marketing cooperatives,cooperatives,village collectives,farmers,agricultural service organizations,and village committees to achieve the vigorous development of agricultural pro-duction managed and achieved significant results.This article starts from the perspective of the differences in service models of different managing entities,deeply analyzes the four main typical managing models in the Hexi Corridor region,summarizes the basic character-istics,operational effectiveness,and existing problems of their different models,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for standardized and healthy development.
