数字化转型下汽车制造业上市公司技术创新效率研究

随着全球数字化进程的加速,制造业正面临前所未有的变革,数字化转型成为提升企业竞争力和创新能力的关键.选取22 家汽车整车制造业上市公司为研究对象,运用DEA-BBC模型对其技术创新效率加以测算,并基于2018-2022 年面板数据进行Malmquist指数动态分析;采用随机效应Tobit模型检验数字化转型对汽车制造业技术创新效率的影响.研究表明,汽车制造业上市公司的整体创新效率相对较低且呈逐年下降趋势,而数字化转型对汽车制造业上市公司技术创新效率产生显著正向影响.汽车制造业上市公司应通过深度融合人工智能、物联网等技术,提升技术创新效率并优化劳动力结构,推动行业的全面升级和高质量发展.
Research on the Technological Innovation Efficiency of Listed Companies in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry under Digital Transformation
With the acceleration of global digitalization,the manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented changes,and digital trans-formation has become the key to enhancing the competitiveness and innovation capabilities of enterprises.In this study,22 listed com-panies in the automobile manufacturing industry were used to measure their technological innovation efficiency using the DEA-BBC model,and the Malmquist index dynamic analysis was carried out based on the panel data from 2018 to 2022.Furthermore,the ran-dom-effects Tobit model was used to test the impact of digital transformation on the technological innovation efficiency of automobile manufacturing industry.The results show that the overall innovation efficiency of listed companies in the automobile manufacturing in-dustry is relatively low and declining year by year,while digital transformation has a significant positive impact on the technological in-novation efficiency of the automobile manufacturing industry.To this end,listed companies in the automobile manufacturing industry should improve innovation efficiency and optimize the labor structure through deep integration of artificial intelligence,Internet of Things and other technologies to promote the comprehensive upgrading and high-quality development of the industry.
