摘要

基于2010-2022 年面板数据,以甘肃为典型区域,从5 个不同的角度构建乡村振兴评价指标体系,利用熵值法测度甘肃各市州的乡村振兴发展水平,并采用Dagum基尼系数分析甘肃乡村振兴水平的差异以及时空演变规律.研究表明:甘肃乡村振兴综合指数整体不断上升,14 个地级市的乡村振兴水平总体发展指数呈逐年缓慢递增趋势,且乡村振兴发展水平综合评价值高的区域主要分布在河西地区,综合评价值低的区域主要集中在河东地区;甘肃乡村振兴水平总体基尼系数整体呈波动下降态势,个别年份轻微上浮.据此,提出注重区域的协同发展,以驱动乡村振兴全面发展.

Abstract

Based on the panel data from 2010 to 2022,taking Gansu Province as a typical region,an evaluation index system for rural revitalization was constructed from five different perspectives.The entropy weight-TOPSIS model was used to calculate the degree of ru-ral revitalization in each city and state of Gansu,and the Dagum Gini coefficient was used to analyze the differences in the level of rural revitalization in Gansu Province and the law of spatial and temporal evolution.The results show that the comprehensive index of rural revitalization in Gansu Province is rising as a whole.The overall development index of rural revitalization level in 14 prefecture-level cities is slowly increasing year by year,and the areas with high comprehensive evaluation value of rural revitalization development level are mainly distributed in Hexi area,and the low value areas are mainly concentrated in Hedong area.The overall Gini coefficient of ru-ral revitalization level in Gansu Province shows a fluctuating downward trend,and it rises slightly in individual years.Accordingly,it is proposed to pay attention to the coordinated development of the region to drive the all-round development of rural revitalization.
