基于Solidworks Simulation的卧式振动离心脱水机主振弹簧的设计与校核

摘要
在卧式振动离心脱水机的设计中,主振弹簧作为其关键部件且对动态工作性能有着决定性影响,其设计质量的好坏只影响整体产品的性能.主振弹簧多为橡胶材料制作,橡胶为超弹性材料,其变形不易精确计算,为确保主振弹簧的设计质量,本文从传统计算方法入手,结合Solidworks Simulation有限元分析平台,采用Mooney Rivlin模型对主振弹簧进行有限元分析,并根据分析结果,对设计进行校核.
Abstract
In the design of horizontal vibrating centrifuge, the main vibrating spring as its key components and has a decisive influence on the dynamic performance, the design effect only by the quality of the overall performance of the product.Main vibrating spring more for rubber materials, rubber for hyperelastic material, its deformation is not easy to precise calculation, in order to ensure the quality of the design of the main vibration spring, this article obtains from the traditional calculation method, combined with the finite element analysis of Solidworks Simulation platform, the Mooney Rivlin model of finite element analysis was carried out on the main vibration spring, and, according to the results of the analysis to the design optimization.
