摘要
孵化器既是创业社会网络的枢纽，又是其利益相关者的组织者，这呼唤一种新型运营模式。作为合作网络平台，孵化器能否将其社会网络资本化，直接影响创业者能否获得丰富的杠杆资源。本文提出了孵化矩阵工作模型，通过矩阵中双边或多边合作契约实现平台网络资本化和高度自治，为孵化器运营模式研究增加了一个新的理论视角。
Abstract
An incubator is the terminal for social networks of entrepreneurship, and also platform organizer for its stakeholders. A new operation mode is necessary. As a networked platform for cooperation, capitalizing social networks determines entrepreneurs’ leveraging resources. As a tool for bilateral governance of stakeholders, the paper provides a matrix mode for incubation. By the mode, it makes it possible to realize capitalizing of platform networks and self-governance for incubation process. The paper provides a new perspective for incubation mode study.
