Optimum conditions of digesting silver-ion dressing by microwave digestion instrument and optimum conditions of measuring silver-ion content in dressing by lfame atomic absorption spectrometry were studied in this method. Result shows that: under condition of 600W microwave heating , 1 gram silver-ion dressing can be completely digested in 10 minutes by using mixture of 12ML nitric acid and 2ML hydrogen peroxide. By using Air-acetylene Lean-burn Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry to measure silver-ion content, the result is that linear range 0—5mg/L, detection limit 0.0021mg/L, recovery of standard addition 98.36%--102.1%, relative standard deviation 1.41%, showing this method is suitable for batch inspection on silver-ion dressing.
