摘要

本文主要关注了电站锅炉上四大管道:主蒸汽、高温再热蒸汽、低温再热蒸汽和给水管道支吊架的相关问题。对支吊架设计的基本原则、支吊架类型、管道应力分析原理进行了总结。同时也阐述了支吊架检验的主要流程和内容,列举了支吊架检验过程中的常见问题及解决方法。

Abstract

This paperfocuses on the issues about four main pipes’ (main stream, hotreheat steam, coldreheat steam and feedwater)supports and hangers for power station boiler.The design principles, types of pipe supports and hangers and the theory of pipe stress analysis are summarized. Meanwhile, the main flow and contents of inspection methods are expressed. The common problems and solutionsduring the inspectionare also presented.
