In this paper discussed the PH value analysis done by technology center of demineralized water from deminerliazed water utility station after cold rolling steel company put into production. And explained the reason current testing instrument can give accurate PH value when testing coolant and rinse water, but inaccurate PH value for testing demineralized water. The matter how laboratory can solve measuring PH value of demineralized water was also explicit.
