摘要
通过对国内外项目管理成熟度模型进行参考，并以发放查问卷方式收集博物馆项目管理相关人员的意见，构建了基于代建制模式的非经营性城市基础设施项目管理成熟度模型。结果表明在非经营性城市基础设施项目管理中运用代建制是可行的。
Abstract
On the basis of comparing domestic and abroad project management maturity model and issuing questionnaires to collect the views of museum project management staff,we construct a project management maturity model based on agent-construction system by Non-operating urban infrastructure projects.The results show that Application of agent-construction system in Non-operating urban infrastructure projects is feasible.
