摘要
《物业设施设备管理》是物业管理专业的核心课程，实用性、实践性强。目前存在学生忽视理论学习，实践教学流于形式等问题。为提高教学效果，提出在教学内容方面选用新版教材、更新知识储备、构建知识模块、注重教学内容的实用性与实践性；运用形式多样的教学方法，强化实践教学；改革考核方式和内容等。

[Abstract]"Property Facilities Management" is a core and practicability curriculum of Property Management . At present there are many problems on teaching such as that Students ignored theoretical study, practice teaching mere formality. To improve teaching effectiveness, select the new textbooks, update knowledge base, build knowledge module, emphasize on practicality and practical teaching on content;use a variety of teaching methods, strengthen practice teaching;reform assessment of methods and content.
