摘要

为了满足实验室煤粉恒温烘干要求,设计了一种以SH79F081单片机为控制器的恒温烘煤箱控制系统.在阐述系统的工作原理基础上,详细给出了系统的硬件电路以及软件流程.硬件部分包括电源电路、温度设置电路、输出控制电路、过零检测电路、温度显示电路.软件部分包括主程序、温度采集子程序、可控硅通断控制子程序以及显示子程序.该系统能对温度进行有效控制,使烘煤箱温度精确保持在设定值.

Abstract

In order to meet the requirements of drying coal powder in laboratory,This paper design Thermostatic Drying Oven Control system which is centred by a SH79F081 microcomputer.On the basis of expounding the working principle of the system,the system hardware and software flow chart are given in details.The hardware consist of power converter、temperature setting circuit、output control circuit、zero crossing detection circuit and temperature display circuit.The software includes the main program,temperature acquisition subroutine,thyristor on-off subroutine and display subroutine.The system can effectively control the temperature and it can be maintained accuratly at the set value.
