Abstract
There are three types of business,namely,sole proprietorship,partnership and companies.Each types of enterprises has its own features.So it is obvious that different enterprises has varied advantages and drawbacks.Since partnership and incorporation become more popular,this article analyzes the advantages and drawbacks of the two types of enterprises.Hopefully,it helps people to choose a more suitable way to extending business.
