Abstract
Human cultural life is built on a certain physical existence,only on a certain basis of material can reproduce a variety of cultural life.Food culture is also the same,the various typical regions of the diet is largely due to the differences in natural geography environment caused.This paper ains to study the relationship between dietary culture and geographical environment in Shaanxi Province,and reveals the specific relationship between dietary culture and geographical environment by comparing the characteristics of the geographical environment and dietary culture of the south,Guanzhong,northern Shaanxi,and has a positive effect on the development of the Diet culture and humanities geography in Shaanxi Province.
