摘要

物联网技术是指互联网在其自身拓展范围构建下进行不断延伸和扩展,使线上线下的内容之间可以进行全面的延伸.物联网技术可以实现互联网和实体的信息交换以及通信.针对煤炭及矸石计量、装车、运销的智能管控模块来说,基于物联网技术的相关研究设计与开发应用可以帮助煤炭企业进行进一步的煤炭运销关键技术的扩展.例如:重量检测、传感技术、红外探测、智能装车以及行车等相关问题,物联网技术可以帮助煤炭生产销售企业解决.主要探索了基于物联网技术构建下的一磅式无人计量装车系统的整体设计思路.

Abstract

Internet of Things technology refers to the continuous extension and expansion of the Internet under its own expansion scope construction,so that the online and offline content can be fully extended.Internet of Things technology can realize the information exchange and communication between the Internet and entities.For the in-telligent management and control module of the measurement,loading,transportation and sales of coal and gangue,the relevant research design,development and application based on Internet of Things technology can help coal en-terprises to further expand the key technologies of coal transportation and sales,and related problems such as weight detection,sensing technology,infrared detection,Intelligent loading and driving can be solved by helping coal pro-duction and sales enterprises through Internet of Things technology.This paper mainly explores the comprehensive design idea of the one-weighbridge unmanned metering loading system based on Internet of Things technology.
