Analysis of the Warehouse Lighting Guidance System Based on PLC
With the development of science and technology,in order to reduce the production cost of enterprises and improve the efficiency of enterprises,the intelligent management of goods can be realized by using the database bar code system.However,when a large number of materials are arranged and placed,it is difficult to locate storage locations,which greatly reduces operation efficiency.The warehouse lighting guidance system based on PLC can locate the position by using lighting guidance.The system is widely applicable,and it can not only be used in the warehousing industry,but also improve the efficiency of the warehousing and storage of warehousing goods in various industries.The warehouse lighting guidance system based on PLC consists of three modules and two com-munication protocols,three modules are the human-computer interaction module,the data processing module and the execution module,and two communication protocols are PROFINET and RS485.The warehouse lighting guidance system based on PLC collects user data through the human-computer interaction interface,sends data to the data processing module,and the execution module executes the instructions that drive indicator lights sent by the data processing module,and finally indicator lights indicate different functional states with the different colors of different lamp signals.
