With the practical application of concrete spraying trolleys in the construction of the Jugezhuang Tunnel and the Lihuading Tunnel of the Beijing-Shenyang passenger high-speed railway as the background,this paper in-troduces the requirements of concrete spraying trolley construction methods,and expounds and analyzes the prepa-ration before the concrete construction of initial support,control points,the operation and control points of the spraying trolley.It is proved by practice that the concrete spraying trolley is the key to the rapid excavation of the face and the rapid sealing and ring formation of the excavation of initial support.The concrete spraying trolley con-trols spraying by remote control,which greatly speeds up the progress,improves quality and enhances personnel safety and environmental protection,and it can be preferentially used in the spraying and mixing of the initial sup-port of tunnels.
