现阶段通过开展臭氧污染防治的工作,对基于排放源分类的VOCs化学成分进行分析,并在此基础上对当前VOCs末端控制技术、典型VOCs排放源控制技术展开总结与评价。同时,阐述了臭氧污染防治策略要点,包括强化PM2。5与O3协同控制、夯实VOCs综合治理基础能力、加快实施VOCs减排重大工程、强化组织展开臭氧污染防治专项行动、完善激励与约束并举的经济政策,以期实现臭氧污染防治工作的升级。
Evaluation of the Emission Source Spectrum and Control Technology of VOCs and Research on Ozone Pollution Prevention and Control
This paper emphasizes the necessity of carrying out ozone pollution prevention and control at this stage,and analyzes the chemical composition of VOCs based on emission source classification,and summarizes and evalu-ates the current terminal control technology and the typical emission source control technology of VOCs.At the same time,it expounds the key points of ozone pollution prevention and control strategies,including strengthening the collaborative control of PM2.5 and O3,consolidating the basic capacity of the comprehensive treatment of VOCs,accelerating the implementation of the major emission reduction project of VOCs,strengthening the orga-nization and development of special actions for ozone pollution prevention and control,and improving the eco-nomic policy of both incentives and constraints,in order to achieve the upgrading of ozone pollution prevention and control.
