摘要

生活垃圾筛分处理线作为一种处理生活垃圾、陈腐生活垃圾、装修生活垃圾的分类、归集、处理作业线,很好地解决了生活垃圾中的可回收资源重复利用,以及不可回收资源焚烧发电再处理问题,既美化了市容市貌,减少了生活垃圾填埋场用地,又使垃圾中的部分废弃物得到了再次利用,有效地节约了大量宝贵资源.如果这种生活垃圾筛分处理线设备在安装、调试环节出现了问题,就会或多或少地影响生活垃圾筛分产物,如轻物质(塑料)、重物质(砖块、石头)、腐殖土的质量,从而影响这些筛分产物的后续消纳处理或回收利用,甚至影响工程整体工期进度和增加员工劳动强度等.针对生活垃圾筛分处理线设备安装、调试过程中的要点进行了简单阐述,以供该领域同行借鉴参考.

Abstract

A domestic waste screening line,as a classification,collection and treatment line of treating domestic waste,stale domestic waste and decoration domestic waste,well solves the problems of the reuse of recyclable re-sources and the incineration of non-recyclable resources for power generation and reprocessing in domestic waste,which not only beautifies the city appearance and reduces the land use of domestic waste landfills,but also reuses some of the waste in garbage and effectively saves a lot of precious resources.It is emphasized here is if there are problems in the installation and debugging of domestic waste screening and treatment line equipment,it will more or less affect the quality of domestic waste screening products,such as light matter(plastics),heavy matter(bricks,stones)and humus quality,then affect the subsequent disposal or recycling of these screening products,and even af-fect the overall schedule of the project and increase the labor intensity of employees.This paper briefly describes the main points in the installation and debugging process of domestic waste screening line equipment for reference by peers in this field.
