Exploration of the Linear Equivalence Principle of Diode
The volt-ampere characteristic equation of diode has certain limitations,which makes it particularly im-portant to equate diode circuits to linear circuits.Under the small-signal idea,this paper demonstrates the linear equivalence principle of diode in its application circuit by using the Taylor series and neglecting the errors of high-order terms,as well as the graphical method,and concludes by calculation that diode can be equated to a linear ele-ment when the small-signal error is small enough.And this paper provides some explanation of the superposition theorem,and proves that this investigation process does not use the superposition theorem.
