摘要
退役伽马刀源仍具有很高放射性,合理再利用可以缓解退役伽马刀源处置压力,延长放射源安全使用寿命,实现废源减量化和再利用.研究利用退役伽马刀源制备新型工业辐照源,开展新型工业辐照源结构设计、自动焊接工艺研究、密封源安全等级试验等工作,确保新型工业辐照源符合国家标准相关要求;并按照放射性物品运输规程要求,成功取得特殊形式放射性物品设计批准书,满足市场应用需求.
Abstract
Retired gamma knife sources still have high radioactivity,and reasonable reuse can alleviate the disposal pressure of retired gamma knife sources,extend the safe service life of radioactive sources and achieve the reduction and reuse of waste sources.This study utilizes retired gamma knife sources to prepare new industrial irradiation sources,and carries out the structural design of new industrial irradiation sources,the research on automatic welding processes and the safety level test of sealed sources to ensure that new industrial irradiation sources comply with the relevant requirements of national standards.And in accordance with the requirements of the regulations for the transportation of radioactive materials,they have successfully obtained the design approval for the special forms of radioactive materials to meet the needs of market applications.
