Cleaning is an essential auxiliary process before and after the heat treatment of parts.The aviation indus-try has stricter requirements for the quality of the heat treatment of parts,and the effect of heat treatment cleaning directly affects the use performance,quality,life,consistency and reliability of parts.For the problems that traditional cleaning processes have poor cleaning effect,pollute the environment and do harm to personal safety,the vacuum cleaning technology of environmentally-friendly organic solvent uses hydrocarbon solvent/modified alcohol that has the strong cleaning ability and is renewable as the cleaning agent,and is combined with vacuum cleaning and ultra-sonic cleaning,which can improve the surface quality of parts,improve cleaning efficiency,reduce pollutant emis-sions and achieve green and efficient cleaning.
