摘要

为研究钻孔灌注桩施工中废弃泥浆的处置方法和工艺,依托徐丰公路快速化改造工程,基于对固化剂材料种类和特点的调研分析,最终优选HAS固化剂对泥浆进行固化处理,设计不同固化剂掺量和养护龄期的试验方案.通过击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验和承载比CBR试验,得出HAS固化剂最佳掺量为6%,同时根据现场不同龄期的固化土含水率测试结果,提出泥浆固化后至少应闷料7 d以上方可填筑压实的施工建议.

Abstract

In order to study the disposal method and process of waste mud in the construction of bored piles,rely-ing on the rapid reconstruction project of the Xufeng Highway,based on the investigation and analysis of the types and characteristics of curing agent materials,this paper finally selects the HAS curing agent to solidify mud,and de-signs the test schemes of different curing agent dosages and curing periods.This paper concludes that the optimal dosage of the HAS curing agent is 6%through the indoor compaction test,the unconfined compressive strength test and the bearing ratio CBR test,and puts forward the construction suggestions that the mud should be stuffed for at least 7 days after solidification before it can be filled and compacted according to the test results of the moisture content of the solidified soil at different ages on the site.
