微型钢管桩施工技术在大型崩坡积体治理中的运用

锚筋桩在传统的边坡治理、地基加固等领域已经广泛使用,较于抗滑桩或抗滑墙等施工时具有设备轻便、桩位布置灵活、施工速度快、对场地的适应性强等特点,取得了较好的工程效果.但在一些地质条件复杂、岩层风化程度较高的破碎体,锚筋桩造孔出现了难以避免的塌孔和无法成孔的现象,若采用常规泥浆护壁和固结等方式将导致施工工序复杂、工期较长,且施工成本较高,而采用微型钢管桩的钻孔技术,可有效解决此类问题.通过对杨房沟水电站采用微型钢管桩技术的案例研究,成功解决大型崩坡积体处理中复杂地质条件下易塌孔、无法成孔的情况.
Application of Micro Steel Pipe Pile Construction Technology in the Treatment of Large-Scale Colluvial Deposits
Anchor reinforced piles have been widely used in traditional fields such as slope treatment and foundation reinforcement.Compared with anti-skid piles or anti-skid walls,they have the characteristics of lightweight equipment,flexible pile layout,fast construction speed and strong adaptability to the site during construction,and they have been continuously promoted and applied and have achieved good engineering results in recent years.However,in some fractured bodies with complex geological conditions and the high degree of rock weathering,it is difficult to avoid hole collapse and inability to form holes in anchor pile drilling.If methods such as mud wall pro-tection and consolidation are conventionally used,it will lead to complex construction processes,longer construc-tion periods and higher construction costs,but the use of micro steel pipe pile drilling technology can effectively solve such problems.This article introduces the application of micro steel pipe pile technology to successfully solve the problems of easy collapse and inability to form holes under complex geological conditions in the treatment of large-scale colluvial deposits in the Yangfanggou Hydropower Station.
