Exploration of the Relationship Between Library Resource Construction and Reader Services
With the rapid progress of social development,the library,as an important cultural institution,bears the responsibility of providing resources and services for readers.This article aims to explore the relationship between library resource construction and reader services,analyze the impact and role of resource construction on reader ser-vices,and propose corresponding improvement measures.Through research,this article concludes that library re-source construction directly affects and promotes the improvement of reader service quality,and that the require-ments for reader services have become the driving force for library resource construction.In the construction of li-brary resources,it is necessary to optimize resource allocation according to the needs of readers and continuously improve service levels,and libraries should establish effective communication mechanisms with readers and provide personalized and differentiated services to meet the different needs of readers.
