Research on the Satisfaction Survey and Improvement Strategy of the Smart Community Pension Service Level
With the constantly deepening of the aging of China's population structure,smart community pension services have become the main orientation for the development of the new pension industry.Investigating and im-proving the level of smart community pension services is crucial to improve the quality of life of the elderly,protect their rights and interests,promote community development and optimize resource allocation.Therefore,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current residents'satisfaction with the level of smart community pension services,makes objective quantitative statistics on satisfaction,and then proposes improvement strategies.The results show that residents'satisfaction with the life,emotional and medical pension service level(The full score is 5.0)is 3.37,3.44 and 3.53,respectively,which is close to the satisfactory level,that the level of smart community pension services can be more effectively improved from the aspects of out-of-home care,lectures and home treat-ment,and that improving the level of medical services has the most obvious impact on residents'willingness to choose smart community pension services.
