科技的发展,对机场跑道异物的探测与清扫提出了新的需求.为了减少机务工作强度和提高飞航安全,探索研究以机场FOD巡检机器人、远程监控平台为主要载体,通过研究多源信息融合的自主导航、高精度定位及路径规划、信息融合体系结构等关键技术,设计机场跑道异物智能探测与清扫系统.系统依靠视觉传感器来识别跑道异物,定位导航单元判别跑道上异物的方位,进一步告知控制执行系统,形成新的导航决策方案,做到了巡检机器人通过自动导航控制抵达异物附近时,启动清扫装置,完成异物清扫工作,减少跑道异物对飞航安全的威胁.
Research on the Intelligent Detection and Cleaning System for Foreign Objects on Airport Runways
The development of science and technology has put forward new requirements for the detection and cleaning of foreign objects on airport runways.In order to reduce the work intensity of maintenance personnel and improve flight safety,this paper explores and studies airport FOD inspection robots and remote monitoring plat-forms as main carriers,studies key technologies such as autonomous navigation based on multi-source information fusion,path planning based on high-precision positioning based on information fusion,and designs an intelligent detection and cleaning system for foreign objects on airport runways.This system relies on the visual sensor to identify foreign objects on the runway and the positioning and navigation unit to determine the orientation of for-eign objects on the runway,and further informs the control and execution system,so as to form a new navigation decision-making plan.When the inspection robot arrives near foreign objects by automatic navigation control,it starts the cleaning device to complete the cleaning of foreign objects,so as to reduce the threat of foreign objects on the runway to flight safety.
