Analysis of the Application of CNC Automation Technology in Mechanical Manufacturing
During the increasing development of science and technology,the importance of machinery in people's production and life has become increasingly prominent.CNC automation technology has been widely applied in the mechanical manufacturing industry,and compared to traditional manual control,it has more significant advan-tages.Engineering technicians can apply CNC automation technology to implement targeted design based on product requirements,effectively optimize the control algorithm system,significantly reduce control error rates,im-prove machining accuracy,accelerate manufacturing speed and reduce significant costs,so as to better ensure product quality.This paper introduces the characteristics and development status of CNC automation technology,elaborats on its specific application in mechanical manufacturing,and points out its future development direction.
