Improvement and Optimization of the Intelligent Controller Mechanism
Partial improvements have been made to the intelligent controller mechanism,including the improve-ment and optimization of the magnetic flux converter,the optimization and improvement of MCR on and off and off-limit tripping,the improvement and optimization of locking and protection mechanisms,the improvement of the position and quantity of micro switches,etc.Comprehensively taking into account various factors such as the cost,accuracy and instantaneity,a new intelligent controller mechanism is studied and analyzed,which further im-proves the measurement,protection,quality,cost,mechanism component parameters and functional technical pa-rameters of the intelligent controller and other aspects.The improved intelligent controller mechanism can execute the steps to be completed more accurately,reduce the total time of action and reduce product costs.In order to ad-dress issues raised by customers and the deficiencies of the product,this product has been redesigned,which has im-proved the reliability and stability of the operation of the circuit breaker,improved its protection functions,and also increased its response speed.
