With the development of the informatization of inland waterway transportation,the construction of an inland electronic navigational chart system is a hot topic of the current research of various domestic waterway man-agement departments.By introducing the research status at home and abroad,this article sorts out the framework and main functional modules of the construction of the inland electronic inavigational chart system in the lower reaches of the Haihe River,which lays a foundation for the construction of the electronic inavigational chart system in the lower reaches of the Haihe River,analyzes the difficulties and opportunities faced by future construction,and summarizes the significance of project construction,so as to lay a solid foundation for the waterway informatization of the Haihe River.
