在现代化社会的飞速发展中,智慧图书馆公共文化服务模式构建备受关注.如今,智慧图书馆的服务体系构建已经从理论层面向实际建设方向发展.由于各地图书馆的公共文化服务综合能力不足,公共文化服务的观念较为薄弱,读者参与公共文化服务机制不健全,所以模式创新构建结果没有达到预期目标,未来发展趋势也并不乐观.因此,针对智慧图书馆公共文化服务模式构建中缺乏可操作性等问题,整理总结了3种创新策略:准确定位智慧图书馆功能,以人为本制订服务方案,完善公共文化服务质量评价.通过上述策略可以为读者提供个性化的知识服务,可以及时解决服务模式构建中存在的问题,实现智慧图书馆公共文化服务模式构建的创新与应用.
Innovative Strategies for the Construction of Public Cultural Service Models in Smart Libraries
In the rapid development of modern society,the construction of public cultural service models in smart libraries has received much attention.Nowadays,the construction of the service system of smart libraries has developed from the theoretical level to the practical construction direction.The comprehensive capacity of public cultural services in libraries across the country is insufficient,the concept of public cultural services is relatively weak,and the mechanism for readers to participate in public cultural services is not sound,so the innovation and construction results of models have not reached the expected goals,and the future development trend is not optimistic.Therefore,for the lack of operability in the construction of public cultural service models in smart libraries,three innovative strategies have been sorted and summarized:accurately positioning the functions of smart libraries,developing service plans based on people,and improving the quality evaluation of public cultural services.The above strategies can provide personalized knowledge services for readers and timely solve the problems in the construction of service models,so as to achieve the innovation and application of the construction of public cultural service models in smart libraries.
