随着轨道列车速度的不断提升,列车的被动安全性日益受到重视.以某型城际动车组作为研究对象,使用Hypermesh和Ls-Dyna有限元仿真软件对车辆不同的碰撞场景进行了较为详细的仿真模拟分析,获得了车辆在碰撞过程中的速度、变形以及能量变化等关键参数.从乘客生存空间、纵向平均减速度、车轮抬升等方面验证了车辆的防碰撞性能,可为今后类似列车防碰撞设计提供案例参考和理论依据.
Analysis and Research on the Crashworthiness of Intercity Electric Multiple Units
With the increasing speed of rail trains,the passive safety of trains is increasingly emphasized.Taking a certain type of intercity electric multiple unit as the research object,this paper carries out a detailed simulation analysis of the different collision scenarios of the train by using Hypermesh and Ls-Dyna finite element simulation software,obtains key parameters such as the speed,deformation and energy change of the train during collision,and verifies the crashworthiness of the train from the aspects of passenger living space,longitudinal average deceleration,wheel lifting,etc.,which can provide case references and theoretical basis for the anti-collision design of similar trains in the future.
