Research on the Accounting Method of the Asset Value Quantity of the Inventory of Nationally-Owned Natural Resource Assets—Taking a County in Jiangsu Province as an Example
The inventory of nationally-owned natural resources assets is a vivid practice of practicing the living community of"mountains,rivers,forests,farmlands,lakes and grasslands",and an important content of promoting the construction of ecological civilization.Based on the attributes of natural resource assets,a natural resource value accounting system is constructed based on methods such as the benchmark land price correction method,income reduction method,alternative market method and ecosystem service equivalent method,and the inventory of nationally-owned natural resource assets is realized with the county as the research object.The research results comprehensively reflect the status of nationally-owned natural resources assets,and provide strong support for pro-moting the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity in the field of natural resources.
