"三全育人"导向下高职院校完善思想政治工作体系的策略研究

摘要
"三全育人"理念已经成为高职院校思想政治工作开展的基本理念.完善新时代思想政治工作体系,要着力在系统性、整体性、协同性、科学性上下功夫、见成效,须进一步坚持目标引领,完善内容要素,体现职业教育特征,凸显时代特点.通过有效联结校内外力量精准施策,最大程度激活学校育人因子,全面覆盖人才培养对象,有效、有力、有质地促进思想政治工作的功能提升.
Abstract
The"Three-All Education"concept has become the basic concept orientation for ideological and politi-cal work in higher vocational colleges.In order to improve the ideological and political work system in the new era,it is necessary to make efforts to be systematic,holistic,collaborative and scientific to ahieve results,and it is necessary to further adhere to the guidance of goals,improve content elements,reflect the characteristics of voca-tional education,and highlight the characteristics of the times.By effectively connecting on-campus and off-campus forces to implement precise policies,we aim to activate the school's educational factors to the greatest ex-tent,and comprehensively cover the target of talent cultivation,so as to effectively,powerfully and qualitatively pro-mote the functional enhancement of ideological and political work.
