Implementing the Philosophy of Green Development of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Exploring the Post-Oriented Modular Reform of Environmental Impact Assessment Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges
The environmental impact assessment system is an important legal means to promote the green develop-ment of China's economy.However,at present,there are problems in the teaching of environmental impact assess-ment courses,such as the relatively single teaching mode,disconnection between theoretical and practical teaching,the superficial depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises and the serious lack of ideological and political education,which are difficult to support students'employability in the direction of environmental consulting ser-vices.This paper implements teaching reform under the guidance of the vocational positions of environmental im-pact assessment,reconstructs the modular course system,strengthens the practice teaching of the curriculum,deep-ens school-enterprise cooperation education,pays attention to the cultivation of students'philosophy of green de-velopment,and reforms the assessment and evaluation system based on results.Through two years of teaching prac-tice,the results indicate that more than 60%of students can achieve the teaching objectives of the course,which ef-fectively improves the professional skills of environmental impact assessment,and that the philosophy of green devel-opment and environmental legal awareness are deeply rooted in the hearts of students,which is of great significance to their future career development.
