摘要
随着"中国制造2025"的推进,制造业正进行数字化转型.柔性生产线应用广泛,但实际操作常不达预期,影响效率和投资.因此,数字孪生仿真与调试实训平台的设计研究显得尤为重要.数字孪生技术能够构建实体产品的虚拟模型,在虚拟环境中模拟实际生产过程,从而实现对生产线的优化和调整.通过数字化样机虚拟调试降低风险和工作量,推动数字孪生技术发展,促进制造业技术进步和社会经济发展.
Abstract
With the advancement of"Made in China 2025",the manufacturing industry is undergoing digital trans-formation.Flexible production lines are widely used,but their actual operation often falls short of expectations,which affects efficiency and investment,so the design research of a digital twin simulation and debugging training platform is particularly important.Digital twin technology can construct a virtual model of a physical product,and simulate the actual production process in the virtual environment,so as to optimize and adjust production lines.This paper reduces risks and workloads through the virtual debugging of digital prototypes,so as to promote the de-velopment of digital twin technology,and promote the technological progress of the manufacturing industry and so-cioeconomic development.
