摘要
起重机是一种重要的机械设备,在物流活动、码头工作、建筑生产等工作环节具有突出的作用,因此需要加强远程管理,提升其控制能力.以起重机远程监控的目标为切入点,分析基于物联网的起重机远程监控关键技术、系统设计方法,就现场信息采集技术、通信技术、设计框架等内容进行论述,最后通过模拟实验对相关理论进行辅助说明.
Abstract
The crane is important working equipment and plays a prominent role in work links such as logistics ac-tivities,longshore work and construction production,so it is necessary to strengthen remote management to en-hance its control capabilities.This article takes the goal of the remote monitoring of cranes as the starting point,ana-lyzes the key technologies and system design methods of the remote monitoring of cranes based on the Internet of Things,discusses on-site information collection technology,communication technology,design framework and other contents,and finally assists in explaining relevant theories by simulation experiments.
