摘要
VRV空调的主要作用是通过一套制冷系统调节不同的室内空气冷热负荷,来满足人们对不同房间的办公生活环境的需求.在新的建筑业发展形势下,VRV空调系统得到了业主的广泛关注,并在建设工程中采取了VRV空调系统方式来达到室内温度控制的目的.VRV空调系统能满足不同房间的不同冷热负荷的需求,具有运行费用低、运行平稳、舒适节能、安装施工方便等多种优点,但在其安装施工中也存在很多影响施工质量、安全、进度的因素存在,所以必须加强专业施工单位对现场安装施工的技术管理工作,避免发生质量、安全问题.主要从施工前的准备、施工技术、运行维护3个方面进行了对VRV空调安装施工的探讨,以期为VRV空调施工单位提供参考,给施工过程管理带来帮助.
Abstract
The main role of VRV air conditioning is to adjust the different cooling and heating loads of indoor air through a refrigeration system to meet people's needs for the office and living environment in different rooms.Un-der the new development form of the construction industry,VRV air conditioning has been widely concerned by owners,and it has been used to achieve the purpose of indoor temperature control in construction projects.VRV air conditioning can meet the needs of different colding and heating loads in different rooms,with many advantages such as low operating cost,smooth operation,comfort and energy conservation,and convenient installation and construction,but there are many factors that affect construction quality,safety and progress in its installation and construction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the technical management of professional construction units for on-site installation and construction to avoid quality and safety problems.This paper mainly discusses the instal-lation and construction of VRV air conditioning from three aspects:pre-construction preparation,construction technology,and operation and maintenance,so as to provide reference for the construction units of VRV air condi-tioning,and hope to bring help to construction process management.
