摘要
电动汽车动力电池在安全性、高能量密度、高功率密度、长寿命、成本控制等使用性能方面有一定的要求.中央控制单元、电流电压采集电路、热管理电路、单体电池均衡电路等硬件结构设计质量,对电动汽车动力电池的安全性与充电放电效率有直接的影响.而电动汽车动力电池安全系统的软件设计包括控制实现、电量检测及上位机软件这三项内容.
Abstract
The power batteries of electric vehicles have certain requirements for performance such as safety,high energy density,high power density,long life and cost control.The design quality of hardware structures such as the central control unit,the current and voltage collection circuit,the thermal management circuit,and the single bat-tery equalization circuit directly affects the safety and charging and discharging efficiency of the power batteries of electric vehicles.The software design of the safety system of the power batteries of electric vehicles includes three as-pects:control implementation,electricity detection and upper computer software.
