黑龙江省智慧供热建设现状与分析

摘要
对黑龙江省已经实施的智慧供热建设项目进行调研,总结目前省内智慧供热的建设现状与主要建设模式,介绍智慧供热建设项目的构成及主要建设内容,对已完成第三方评价的部分智慧供热建设项目进行节能率的汇总分析并阐明除节能效益之外的其他突出成效,指出目前全省智慧供热建设现存的主要问题,对智慧供热建设的后续推广实施提出相关建议.
Abstract
This paper investigates the smart heating construction projects that have been implemented in Heilongji-ang Province,summarizes the current construction status and main construction modes of smart heating in the prov-ince,introduces the composition and main construction contents of smart heating construction projects,summa-rizes and analyzes the energy-saving rate of some smart heating construction projects that have been evaluated by the third party,expounds other outstanding effects in addition to energy-saving benefits,points out main problems existing in current smart heating construction in the province,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the follow-up promotion and implementation of smart heating construction.
