公共图书馆作为知识传播和文化交流的重要场所,一直致力于提供高质量的服务.然而,随着信息技术的快速进步和社会需求的变化,传统图书馆服务已经不能很好地满足读者的服务需求.而人工智能技术的快速发展和应用,为公共图书馆带来了智慧服务发展的新思路.从智慧服务相关概念出发,探讨人工智能在公共图书馆智慧服务中的应用场景,以期为相关工作人员提供有益的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
As important places for knowledge dissemination and cultural exchange,public libraries have always been committed to providing high-quality services.However,with the rapid progress of information technology and the changes of social demands,traditional library services can no longer meet the service needs of readers well,and the rapid development and application of artificial intelligence technology have brought new ideas for the development of smart services to public libraries.Starting from the concepts related to smart services,this paper explores the appli-cation scenarios of artificial intelligence in the smart services of public libraries,in order to provide useful references and models for relevant staff.
