Design of the Elevator Weighing System Built by the Internet of Things
This article mainly studies the application of the Internet of Things in the elevator weighing system,and conducts the comprehensive functional testing and performance assessment of the designed weighing system.The original intention of the study is to solve the problems of low accuracy,susceptibility to environmental factors and high maintenance costs in the current traditional elevator weighing system.In order to achieve this goal,this paper not only studies the actual requirements of the elevator weighing system,but also designs and integrates the system from the two aspects of hardware and software.In the process of the hardware design of the system,it clarifies the basic components of the elevator weighing system,selects suitable sensors,controllers and communication modules,conducts the in-depth research and field investigation of these hardware devices,and proposes innovative design schemes.
