Research on Real Estate Measurement by Using Drone-Based Tilt Photogrammetry
It is an important national policy in China to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and promote the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and the quality of real estate cadastration will di-rectly affect rural social stability and effectively affect the interests of farmers.In recent years,drone technology has made rapid progress with the development of science and technology,therewith oblique photogrammetry has been also widely used in the surveying and mapping industry with the help of drones,and people are becoming more proficient and frequent in using this technology to create the three-dimensional models of real scenes.This article uses drone-based tilt photogrammetry to measure rural real estate,and detailedly discusses the implementation of aerial photography,the layout and measurement of image control points,data processing and model construction,and the production of digital line drawings,which provides experience and reference for the improvement of drone-based tilt photogrammetry.
