摘要

转向架是轨道车辆的走行部分,是轨道车辆结构组成中最为重要的部件之一,轨道车辆在运营过程中需要定期对转向架进行检修,而合理制定转向架拆装工艺,直接影响其组装质量,决定了车辆的稳定性和车辆的乘坐舒适性.在简介轻轨车辆CW10型转向架作用、组成和基本参数的基础上,重点阐述了转向架安装的基本技术要求,进行了机械拆卸和装配工艺设计.

Abstract

The bogie is the running part of rail vehicles and one of the most important parts in the structure compo-sition of rail vehicles.The bogie needs to be maintained regularly during the operation of rail vehicles.and the rea-sonable formulation of the disassembly and assembly process for bogies directly affects their assembly quality,which determines the stability and ride comfort of vehicles.Based on a brief introduction to the function,composition and basic parameters of the CW10 bogie of light rail vehicles,this paper focus on basic technical requirements for the in-stallation of bogies,and designs the mechanical disassembly and assembly process.
