基于高效紧凑扩散焊微通道热交换器领域,为了研究扩散焊接参数对微通道结构板片的焊接性能影响,从而保证扩散焊微通道热交换器的扩散焊接强度,对其在不同焊接压力曲线与保温时间下的样品性能进行了协同研究.结果表明:在升温至1 060℃时,保温80 min后进行一次焊接压力释放,将焊接压力由8 MPa降到2 MPa,然后再进行阶段性升压,并且升压速率控制在0.4 MPa/min及以下时,有助于增加微通道板片的焊接强度.
Research on the Influence of Diffusion-Welding Parameters on the Welding of the Microchannel Structure Plates of 316L Stainless Steel
In the field of efficient and compact diffusion-welding microchannel heat exchangers,this study con-ducts collaborative research on the sample performance of microchannel structure plates under different welding pressure curves and holding time,in order to study the influence of diffusion-welding parameters on their welding performance,so as to ensure the diffusion-welding strength of diffusion-welding microchannel heat exchangers.The results show that when temperature is raised to 1 060℃,welding pressure is released once after holding tem-perature for 80 minutes,reducing the welding pressure from 8 MPa to 2 MPa,then the pressure is regularly in-creased,and that the pressure increase rate is controlled at 0.4 MPa/min and below,which can help increase the welding strength of microchannel plates.
