直连型特殊螺纹接头加工方法研究

随着石油天然气开采成本逐年增高,开采难度逐渐增大,高温、高压、高腐蚀井况逐渐增多.为满足在井眼偏小、旧井修复等油田工况下,井下套管管柱常使用直连型螺纹接头连接,由于其接头外径相对常规套管连接接头外径较小,从而增加了环隙空间,有利于下井和固井等井下作业.论述了几种典型直连型套管螺纹接头(平式低密封直连型、API标准XC气密封加厚直连型和内、外压双密封平式直连型)加工工艺,着重阐述上述接头的加工关键技术,解决直连型螺纹加工过程中系列问题,研究成果可为直连型套管螺纹接头生产提供参考.
Research on the Processing Method of Extreme-Line Casing Thread Joints
As the cost of oil and gas extraction is increaseing year by year,exploiting oil and gas is getting more and more difficult,and high-temperature,high-pressure and high-corrosion well conditions are gradually increasing.This paper aims to meet the requirement of often connecting casing strings downhole with extreme-line thread joints in the working conditions of oilfields such as small wellbores and old well repair,and the external diameter of such joints is relatively smaller than that of conventional casing joints,which increases annular space and is condu-cive to downhole operations such as descending wells and cementing wells,This paper discusses the processing tech-nologies of several typical extreme-line casing thread joints(flush low-sealing extreme-line type,API-standard XC-sealing upset extreme-line type,and internal-and external-pressure dual-sealing flush extreme-line type),fo-cusing on the key processing technology of the above joints,so as to solve a series of problems during the processing of extreme-line threads.The results of this study can provide references for the production of extreme-line casing thread joints.
